A. From North Whitefield center: East 1.5 miles on rte 126. Gradually climb hill then descend. Road levels as it nears Clary lake on left. Go slow. Two lake cottages, then Fergusson Farmhouse on left. Fields and Caissie driveway are across from farmhouse. Mailboxes read 326 and 342. Turn right up driveway to house on hill. The driveway to the observatory is a couple hundred feet West of the Jefferson/Whitefield Town line marker.

B. From Augusta: Follow rte 17 East to rte 218 at Cooper's Mills. Go south on rte 218 to North Whitefield center, take left on rte 126. Follow directions "A" above.

C. From Damariscotta: Follow rte 215 north 12-13 miles to intersection of rte 126. Follow rte 126 West up steep hill, then descending. Road levels as it nears Clary lake on right. Go Slow. Pass field on left, then turn at mailboxes marked 326 and 342. Take left up driveway across from Fergusson Farmhouse to house on hill.

D. From Wiscasset: Follow rte 218 north to intersection of rte 126. take right, and follow directions "A".
